Tracking

We email tracking once the carrier scans the parcel. Tracking is added when the supplier actually ships — never before.

Delays

Carrier and customs delays happen. If your order passes the estimate above, contact us and we will investigate and give you a straight answer.

Address errors and lost parcels

Tell us immediately if your address is wrong — we can usually correct it before dispatch.
