How to start a return
Email support@riskmatrixlabs.com with your order reference and the reason.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to post it.
Damaged or incorrect items
Send a photo and your order reference. We will replace or refund — you will not be asked to return a damaged item at your own cost.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch.
